2024 Fall Season – Registration Open

• Registration is now open for the Fall U9-U19 Recreational Season.
• Register by July 31st to guarantee a spot on the player’s previous team.
• Southlake recreational teams play in the South Sound United League (SSUL).
  • The season consists of 10 games for U9-U10, and 12 games for U11-U19
  • League games will start on Saturday, September 7th.
  • Match days for U10-U14 are Saturdays, and U15-U19 are played on Sundays.
• Registration fees are $155 per player for U10-U19, $125 for U9.
• Payments plans of up to 3 equal payments are available.
• Financial assistance is available. You can now apply for financial aid online from the front page of registration. When submitting payment during online registration, choose the “pay by check” option. Do not send a check until your financial aid request has been approved or denied.
• When registering players, be sure to select the proper level you want them to play.  The registration system will give two options (current year, or one year up).
• When requesting a team, please use the coach’s name instead of the team name. This will help eliminate confusion when assigning players.  Also if you want to be on the same team as a friend, ensure you both request the same Head Coach name.
• If you are or plan on being a head coach of a team, please email the Registrar prior to registering to get the proper registration information and discount codes for you and your player.
• If you do not plan to coach this season, please send President Don Sando a quick email so we can find a replacement.

2024 Spring Season

• • Registration is open for the Spring U10-U19 Recreational Season; early registration ends on March 15th, 2024.
  • The season consists of 8 games, starting in Mid April and running through Mid June.  No games on Memorial Day weekend.
  • Southlake recreational teams play in the South Sound United League (SSUL). 
  • Games for ages U9-U14 are on Saturdays, U15-U19 are on Sundays
  • Registration fees are $75 for U9 players and $120 for U10-U19 players..
  • Payment plans available
    • The registration fee includes a $10 non-refundable deposit regardless of payment option.
  • Financial assistance is available online – Financial Aid Application 
  • Players wishing to play up an age group should register for the older age group. 
  • When requesting a team, please use the head coach’s name instead of the team name. This will help eliminate confusion when assigning players.
  • If you are or plan on being a head coach of a team, please contact the Registrar and select pay by check. Head coaches get their player fees waived and if you pay by credit card the association will get charged a processing fee for a fee that we end up refunding. If you are not selected as a head coach, we will bill you later.
  • If you were a coach last season and do not plan to coach this season, please send Don Sando a quick email so we can find a replacement.
